Timothy Shadr was arrested after he drove his JCB into two rows of parked cars in the city of Barnaul in Russia. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol when he was arrested, according to Russian news website Ovesti. Shadr faces losing his driving licence and may have to pay compensation to the cars' owners.
